WHAT IS RENTAK BUDAYA?
Rentak Budaya is a biennial Malay cultural festival, organised by NTU PERBAYU (Malay Language Cultural Society). It is an event that mainly features joint-performances by students from various tertiary institutions, alongside cultural booths, to celebrate the richness of the Malay culture for the community to experience, enjoy and explore.

WHAT'S HAPPENING IN 2021?
Rentak Budaya 2021 is throwing at you a bunch of exciting programmes revolving around our theme –
This year’s theme is all about the stories from our Malay folklore and legends. There’s much to learn from our Malay legends which portray values that transcend time despite the different contexts. In RB 2021, we explore how these legends are relevant today with a focus on these values. In particular, we look at the values of loyalty to the community, resilience to help the community, and love for the community. Through our programmes and with the support of all our partners and volunteers, we hope to inspire a more inclusive, collaborative, and compassionate landscape for all.

Long Live Our Legends
